Right before yo enter that smelting area where you fight 3 white elites. There is a part where you come across two sliding doors one on each side of the room both lead into the same room where there is ammo for the assult rifle. Right outside that rooom you will see another room but no doors you can reach. bash the window and jump/crawl through, there will be an opening to a different room and it will be sitting on a work bench.
