The folks over at Bungie decided to release some pictures of new Halo Reach medals. The guy who posted these didn’t say what each one was called or how to get it but the team at Halo Reachers were able to figure out the names and make a good guess at how to get them.
Hammer Riot
I think the name pretty much gives away how to get this medal. You have to go on either a 10 or 15 kill spree while using only the hammer. I didn’t use the Hammer much in Halo 3 but if the one in Reach is anything like that one I don’t think I’ll ever get this medal.
Headcase
The title of this medal isn’t as obvious as Hammer Riot but we are pretty sure on how to get it. You must either achieve a certain amount of headshots in a game or you must go on a spree while only getting headshots. Give me the sniper and I’ll get 3-4 of these medals a game!
We have been informed that the Headcase medal is achieved by getting a headshot with the sniper on someone who is using the Sprint ability.
Laser Kill
Bungie tried to trick a few people by changing this medal a lot from Halo 3 but the name gives it all away. Get his shiny medal by getting a kill with the sparten laser.
Pull
This is the only medal that we are having trouble guessing. The name doesn’t say much so the only thing we could think of was if you got this medal everytime you had a flag pull. Hopefully it is something cooler than that though.
Wheelman Spree
When I first saw this medal I thought it would be for going on a killing spree when you ran 5 people over in a vehicle. However, this seems like it might be way too hard. I think it’s going to be for driving a gunner and when they get a Killing Spree you get a Wheelman Spree.
Yoink!
Yoink is a really tough medal to guess. Our first impression of this was maybe stopping a flag capture or maybe getting the final kill. Only time will tell with this one though.
Zombie Frenzy
Here is one of the most self explanatory medals of all; Zombie Frenzy. It’s pretty obvious that to achieve this medal you must kill atleast 10 people in a row without dying while you are a zombie. I’m more of a competitive player so I don’t think I’ll be getting this medal too often. However, I am sure there are some Zombie fans out there who will love to see this medal.

Showstopper
One of the coolest things in Reach is going to be the ability to save teammates when someone thinks they have a cool assassination on them. Bungie made this medal for just that reason.
Protector
All the people who get a lot of Assists finally get a medal in Reach. The medal is recieved when you save a teammates from getting killed from the others teams player.
Rejection
The Rejection medal is earned when you use the Armor Lock ability to save yourself from something that shouild of killed you. I’m sure I will be getting a lot of these!

Guys – the Headcase medal is straight out of the Beta. It was for getting a headshot on a dude sprinting.
Yoinks looks a lot like the Maybe Next Time Buddy medal – for getting high jacked and then rejacking a ride.
Hopefully they add Laser Spree and Laser Frenzy to the list. Should be spree/frenzy medals for every weapon.

I bet pull has to do with shoot down a flying opponent; a la skeet shooting where the shooter yells, “Pull!” to signal the release of the clay.
Pull was also in beta it is a 15 kill streak with the shotty
As a Skullologist, I love skulls and love to make up words using the word skull like: skullology,skullicious,skulltastic etc. Does anyone else make up words using skull? I find skullifying any word makes my day better. I hope these skullifications have made your day better too.
I Just watched a video which showed someone getting the Yoink medal and i think its for stealing a kill off a teammate

On halo 3 there is an acheviment called ‘pull’. it requires a shotgun spree on citadel
so pull is probably a 10 or 15 kill streak with the shotgun
Pull is obviously shooting someone out of the air… Like Skeet shooting PULL!!!
Yoink means if a teamate is performing an assaination and you kill the guy he’s assasinating, then you get yoink. pull is obviosely a shotgun medal. hammer riot is called dreamcrusher, i’m pretty sure zombie spree is called mmmm, brains… Headcase is if you get a headshot on a guy thats sprinting, not neccersarily with a sniper rifle. almost all these medal were in halo 3, or the beta, do you guys even play halo?
First Hammer riot is called “Wrecking Crew!” and is for having 15 kills steak with the hammer.
Second Pull is for killing a Jetpacking opponent, another Medal called “Firebird” and is earned by killing someone while flying.
Third, Yoink is earned by Killing an enemy while one of your ally is Assassinating it.
Fourth, Zombie frenzy is named “Mmmm Brains!”.
And Fifth, Let’s all just play Reach and Have Fun

Yoink is when you kill somebody just as an assassination is starting on them. Kill the guy about to get assassinated just as its iniating in other words. Pull is kill a jet-packing person (flying with the jet-pack).
