Comments on: Halo Reach Data Pads

Question, most of the Halo games have had alternate endings for completing Legendary, I’ve seen them all, why doesn’t Reach have an alternate ending? I’m asking because my friends have said that on Legendary (only) you can see the Chief after helping Keyes escape the Covenant Cruiser. I’ve found that you can see Chief on every other difficulty. (I know this is old but I’m still puzzled and am wondering if there may be something to the data pads that others are speculating). But if the collecting the data pads don’t really do anything, then what is the point to the pads exactly

If you remember correctly, Sadie’s story does unlock an “alternate” cut scene in ODST, so if it’s true what Rooster Teeth say, then the data pads should provide something alternate too?

i found 2 on winter contingency and im taking full credit for it u heard it first theres a data pad at he very beginning of the level a cloaked elite is running from the civilian site down the hill toward the hill side before the 2 birds run around the corner. i found this on elite difficulty by the way.

there is a data pad on the lone wolf mission… there is a pipe at the back of the level just run strait form the starirs down the tower search at both ends it is on the left end by the pipes up towards the end…

If you were a real halo fan you would have realized that the golf club was on halo 3 to stupid.
